Return Policy

It is unnecessary to return the product to us immediately, you are recommended to contact us first via email support@shops-support.com, then our customer service representative will reach out to you in 2 business days.

In case you need to return the items, please return it to the address:

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your order has been placed, unfortunately we can’t offer you to return.

To file a claim of product quality to require return, please include the following:

  • Clear Images documenting quality issues and/or damages
  • Images of broken product must be taken while it's still placed in the shipping package
  • Images of wrong items, color, size, design
  • The item must be in its original condition and have not been used
  • Original shipping label of the product or its image.
